Nice Cobia Robert

Robert and I had a great fishing day full of snapper, cobia and mahi. Robert started out the morning with a good sized cobia. It took off so hard and fast we thought it might be a big shark at first. But, it rose to the surface like cobias do, and put up quite a battle before we were able to sink the gaff. After checking a few more spots with sonar, we found a nice aggregation of snapper and was able to catch a bunch of nice ones on spinning tackle. Robert was having a great time fighting fish and bringing them in as fast as I could tie on hooks. We finished off the day trolling and picked up a nice mahi which was Roberts first. Some quality fish went on ice this day.
