Trigger Fish are Great to Eat!

We've been catching lots of tasty trigger fish lately. Usually when bottom fishing, I'll set somebody up with a trigger fish pole. This consists of a smaller hook and a rig that holds the bait off the bottom a bit. These boys but up a good fight and produce some good bags of fillets at the end of the day.
