Offshore and Inshore

Dave, Kelly, Brandon and I got off shore on this day. We caught some nice snapper and an assortment of other fish. Pictured below is a mutton snapper and a big ole red snapper. The mutton came home for dinner and the big red snapper had to be released since it wasn’t in season. The seas got a little choppy so we headed in and finished off with some snook fishing. We had a monster on that nearly spooled us, then after a long battle the line was cut on a boat in the distance. We just wanted to see that beast! Oh well, we’ll get him next time. It was a good day of fishing!
