Brandi and Brian Whack the Yellowtail Snapper

You never know what gems mother ocean is going to send your way. This day it was yellowtail snapper that are not all that common in our area especially in the numbers we caught.. These hard fighting and super tastey snapper were a blast catching on light spinning tackle as they swam up behind the boat sniffing our chumline. Below is a pic of Brandi with the biggest yellowtail. Brian caught many snapper also but was especially happy after he kicked a monster sharks butt. I wish I had some pics of it. It was an epic battle that went on and on. I should have called this trip Beauty and the beast. It was a great day.
