Chuck's Fish Dishes

Chuck sent me some pictures of his fish dish creations from our snapper trip. As soon as he caught this red snapper out on the reef he said "I know what I'm going to do with that". Now I know what he meant. Awesome job Chuck. Thanks for the pic. Makes me want to go fishing!

Here's some parmesan encrusted snapper. This is one of my favorite ways to cook fish.

and finally some tastey looking fried seabass. Maybe the best tasting little fish in the ocean.
